Part-time Guest Relations Officer

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Guest Relations Officer to join our team on a part‑time basis. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling inquiries via phone, email, and online bookings, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Answer guest calls, record reservations, and keep booking details up to date.
• Assist guests with POS transactions and verify bills before presenting them.
• Set up tables and service areas according to standard operating procedures.
• Respond politely to guest feedback and forward any issues to supervisors.
• Direct inquiries to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or restaurant environments is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
