About the role

We are seeking experienced legal consultants with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions to join Axiom on a part‑time basis. The role involves supporting our global client base with corporate transaction work, leveraging your expertise to deliver high‑quality legal services.

Key responsibilities

Lead and support M&A and other corporate transactions, including due diligence, drafting, negotiating and closing.
Collaborate with external counsel to ensure seamless execution of deals.

Required profile

5‑10 years of post‑qualification experience advising or supporting M&A transactions.
Experience gained within financial institutions, corporates or law firms.
