Part-time Operations Executive – Fashion E-Commerce

About the role
We are looking for a motivated part-time Operations Executive to support our fashion e‑commerce business. The role involves handling order fulfilment, stock management and customer service tasks in a fast‑moving retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Packing and dispatching local and international orders.
- Conducting stock‑taking, organising racks and restocking the retail store.
- Assisting walk‑in customers with exchanges, returns and enquiries.
- Performing ad‑hoc duties such as inventory updates and store layout support.
Required profile
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Highly responsible, organised and detail‑oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Available to work a minimum of 2‑3 days per week, Monday‑Friday.
