Partner Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a driven Partner Sales Executive to expand our fleet by recruiting new driver‑partners for our vehicle leasing programmes. You will manage the end‑to‑end acquisition, conversion and onboarding of drivers for Taxi, PHV and Limousine services.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source and acquire new drivers through walk‑ins, leads, referrals and outreach activities.
• Explain leasing packages, rental structures, incentives and onboarding requirements to prospective drivers.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed hirers and manage leads using CRM or internal systems.
• Own the driver journey from first enquiry to successful onboarding, acting as the primary contact during the first month.
• Address driver enquiries on rental terms, payment cycles and operational policies, and resolve feedback with a service‑first approach.
• Gather market insights, driver concerns and competitor information to improve acquisition campaigns.
• Prepare and present sales performance reports, forecasts and pipeline updates.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in mobility or automotive.
• Minimum 1 year of safe driving experience with a valid Class 3/3A licence.
• Strong communication, persuasion and follow‑up discipline.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
