Partner Sales Manager (IT Solutions)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Partner Sales Manager to grow our IT solutions partner ecosystem in Singapore. You will be responsible for building new relationships, strengthening existing ones, and positioning the company as a trusted cybersecurity advisor.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand the partner network by identifying and onboarding new partners.
• Manage a portfolio of existing partners to drive sustainable revenue and margin growth.
• Educate partners on our cybersecurity solutions and value propositions.
• Identify collaborative opportunities across client subsidiaries and business units.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, IT channel management, or account management.
• Proven track record in solution sales, preferably within cybersecurity or a distributor environment.
• Strong relationship‑building, communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to work independently.
