Part‑Time Clinic Assistant – Student Friendly

About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic students to join our clinic on a part‑time basis. You will support daily patient flow, assist the medical team, and help keep the clinic environment clean and welcoming.
Key responsibilities
- Register patients accurately and schedule appointments to optimise workflow.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and document management.
- Assist the doctor with routine clinic activities.
- Carry out basic housekeeping duties to maintain a safe, tidy clinic.
- Use computer systems to update records and communicate with team members.
Required profile
- Friendly, responsible attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow schedules.
- Students or recent graduates with flexible availability.
