About the role
We are looking for a motivated part‑time Kitchen Crew member to join our culinary team. You will support the Head, Executive and Sous Chefs in daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth preparation and service of menu items.
Key responsibilities
- Set up workstations, prepare raw materials, and execute menu items according to chef specifications.
- Assist Executive and Sous Chefs with routine tasks and assignments.
- Receive, label, store, and inventory products and ingredients following best practices.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Sanitize all kitchen equipment and workstations at the end of each shift.
- Study recipe cards for assigned stations and ensure required equipment and ingredients are available.
- Keep the kitchen station clean, orderly, and compliant with food safety standards.
- Continuously train in advanced cooking techniques and work with unfamiliar produce.
Required profile
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Strong attention to hygiene, safety, and organization.
- Willingness to learn new cooking methods and handle a variety of ingredients.
