Part‑Time Student Care Teacher – Clementi & CCK

About the role

The Student Care Teacher will support the Centre Manager and teaching team in delivering a safe, engaging and curriculum‑aligned student care programme for Primary 5 and Primary 6 children at the Clementi and CCK locations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and lead student care activities, including homework coaching and enrichment sessions.
• Maintain administrative records required for MSF audits and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Prepare and organise the learning environment to meet students’ educational needs.
• Deliver lesson plans on time and uphold curriculum standards set by the Curriculum team.
• Monitor children’s health, safety and hygiene throughout the care period.
• Communicate regularly with parents through conferences, open houses and other engagement sessions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and the Centre Manager on project‑based assignments and professional‑development workshops.

Required profile

• Diploma in any field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a related educational or childcare role.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to follow MSF administrative requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with parents and team members.

• Competitive monthly salary of SGD 1,500 – 1,800.
• Hourly rate of SGD 10 – 15 for afternoon shifts (1 pm – 6 pm).
