About the role
The School of Humanities is seeking part‑time tutors to deliver core courses for the Linguistics and Multilingual Studies (LMS) programme. Tutors will support undergraduate learning by delivering lectures and guiding students through key linguistic concepts.
Key responsibilities
- Teach Introductory Linguistics, Phonetics and Phonology, Structure of English, Morphology and Syntax.
- Deliver Semantics and Pragmatics, Sociolinguistics, Bilingualism and Multilingualism modules.
- Hold regular office‑hour sessions for student consultations and tutoring.
Required profile
- At least a Master of Arts in Linguistics.
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience is advantageous.
- Availability to lecture and tutor during scheduled office hours.
