Pastry Chef de Partie – Luxury Hotel Kitchen

About the role

Join the world‑class culinary team at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore as a Pastry Chef de Partie. You will own a pastry station, creating desserts, pastries and cakes that meet the highest standards of taste, presentation and consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Run day‑to‑day operations of the pastry station independently and efficiently.
• Prepare cakes, buffet desserts and specialty items according to recipes and guest orders.
• Complete mise en place for lunch, dinner and buffet services, planning ahead to minimise waste.
• Maintain strict hygiene, food‑safety and kitchen‑cleanliness standards, including proper stock arrangement and labeling.
• Train, motivate and supervise junior kitchen staff, ensuring cultural and operational standards are met.
• Collaborate closely with the wider pastry team to uphold the Four Seasons culinary excellence.

Required profile

• Strong technical pastry skills with a keen eye for detail, consistency and presentation.
• Excellent teamwork, communication and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Passion for creating memorable, high‑quality desserts that elevate the guest experience.
