Pastry Production Crew – Central Kitchen (10 positions)

About the role

Join CHATERAISE Central Kitchen as a Pastry Production Crew member, working in a fast‑paced environment to create a variety of pastries and puddings. You will be part of a team that maintains high standards of quality and food safety across all production processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and produce assorted pastries and puddings according to recipes and SOPs.
• Maintain product consistency by following the central kitchen manual.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment in line with food safety standards.
• Receive, pack, and store raw ingredients and finished goods at required temperatures.
• Perform basic housekeeping duties within the central kitchen.
• Carry out any ad‑hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• 5‑day work week including weekends and public holidays (44 hrs/week) on rotating shifts.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a pastry chef or central‑kitchen pastry staff.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a cool‑room environment.
• Team‑player with a positive attitude and passion for confectionery.
• Work location: 10 Chin Bee Drive, Jurong, Singapore.
