Patient Information Associate - Visitor Experience Services

About the role

NHG is hiring a Patient Information Associate for its HealthCity Novena Campus. You will act as a trusted point of contact for patients, visitors and the public, guiding them through the campus and supporting their experience so that patient care is supported from the first interaction. The role is frontline service, with a 5-day work week.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients, visitors and members of the public
• Guide visitors to inpatient wards and direct them around the campus
• Assist with self-registration kiosks or counter services
• Handle general enquiries clearly, calmly and professionally
• Support access control and explain visiting policies, especially during non-visiting hours
• Provide frontline counter support while staying composed and helpful even during busy periods

Required profile

• Minimum NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Service Skills
• At least 1 year of customer service experience (hospitality, service or retail experience is an advantage)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Enjoys interacting with people, stays calm and professional under pressure, and works proactively in a fast-paced, high-footfall environment

Required skills

• Proficient in common computer applications such as Microsoft Office
• IT-savvy
