Patient Service Associate - Diagnostic Radiology

About the role

Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH), an anchor hospital of NHG Health, is one of Singapore's largest and pioneering multidisciplinary hospitals, with a dedicated healthcare team of over 11,000 and more than 2,000 beds. As a Patient Service Associate in Diagnostic Radiology, you will support patients throughout their care journey and act as a key point of contact for patients and their families, providing efficient and courteous service while supporting patient care and administrative operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional and empathetic frontline service to patients and their families.
• Assist with patient registration, appointment scheduling and other related administrative matters.
• Handle payment collection and financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and update patient information and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide financial counselling and explain payment and financing options to patients where required.
• Respond to patient enquiries and provide appropriate information or assistance.
• Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to facilitate smooth patient flow and a positive patient experience.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as required by the department.

Required profile

• Diploma in any discipline, GCE 'A' / 'O' Levels, Higher NITEC in Business Studies, or NITEC in Service Skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset; comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, people-centred environment.
• Friendly, adaptable and a good team player.
• Prior experience in frontline, customer service or service-related roles is advantageous; training will be provided.
• Able to work Mondays to Fridays, alternate Saturdays (half-day), and rostered Sundays approximately once every six weeks, and to work staggered office hours based on operational requirements.
