Patient Service Associate - Inpatient Wards (One-Year Contract)

About the role
JurongHealth Campus, part of the National University Health System (NUHS), is looking for Patient Service Associates to act as ambassadors of the organisation and provide excellent patient service on its inpatient wards. The position is offered on a one-year contract.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in collecting payment for discharged patients
- Conduct financial counselling for inpatient stays and charges
- Perform discharging procedures for patients
- Arrange follow-up appointments for inpatients
- Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisors
Required profile
- Minimum GCE N levels with 1 year of working experience in customer service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with staff at all levels
- Strong passion for serving patients
- Willingness to work two rotating shifts (9am to 6pm and 11am to 8pm), including weekends and public holidays, with 2 days off per week
