About the role
NHG is looking for Patient Service Associates to act as service ambassadors at its polyclinics. You will help patients navigate the healthcare system by answering their queries, resolving their challenges and promoting and educating them about health services and programmes. The role provides prompt, excellent frontline service in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Attend to patient queries and resolve their challenges
- Promote and educate patients about health services and programmes
- Handle patient registration
- Answer patient enquiries and handle appointments
- Schedule appointments and collect payments
Required profile
- GCE 'A'/'O'/'N' level or NITEC qualification
- Good communication skills in English and a local language or dialect
- Team player with a passion for service excellence
- Pleasant disposition, good interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Able to commit to weekday work and scheduled Saturdays
