About the role

The Patient Service Associate will work during office hours across multiple clinic locations in Singapore, providing front‑desk support and ensuring smooth daily operations. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates who are customer‑service oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

Assist patients with registration, appointment scheduling and general enquiries.
Process payments and handle basic front‑desk transactions.
Perform routine administrative and documentation tasks.
Support doctors and clinical staff with operational needs.
Carry out ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the clinic manager.

Required profile

Minimum N/O/A level education.
Prior experience in a healthcare or clinic setting is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Customer‑service mindset with a responsible work attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

What we offer

Contractual employment (fixed‑term).
Monthly salary between SGD 2,000 and SGD 3,000.
