Patient Service Associate, Outpatient (2-year Contract)

About the role

As a Patient Service Associate in an outpatient setting, you will provide friendly and efficient service to patients and visitors, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the clinic’s operational areas to meet service standards.
• Handle patient registration, discharge, appointment bookings, cashiering and billing enquiries.
• Assist doctors and nurses as a chaperone and prepare consultation documents.
• Respond to emails, phone calls and other patient enquiries.
• Support the clinic manager with administrative tasks and ad‑hoc duties.

Required profile

• Minimum “O” Levels or Diploma.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast‑paced hospital environment.
• Willingness to work across different clinics and, if needed, inpatient wards.
• Flexibility to work a 5‑day week (Monday‑Friday) with varying shift times.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
