Patient Service Officer - Bugis

About the role

Join Raffles Medical Group’s Bugis clinic as a Patient Service Officer, where you will be the first point of contact for patients and help ensure smooth clinic operations. You will work closely with medical teams to deliver high‑quality healthcare experiences and support doctors and nurses in daily tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to patient enquiries at the counter and provide information on clinic services.
• Update patient registration details and process medical records according to SOPs.
• Liaise with medical teams and patients to arrange appointments across specialties.
• Assist doctors and nurses with basic clinical tasks when required.
• Collate laboratory and radiology results for doctors’ review and follow‑up.
• Perform daily billing, ensure accurate transactions and close accounts.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, NITEC, or Diploma in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in a clinic setting (preferred).
• Meticulous, organized and able to multitask effectively.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Word.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience using patient registration systems.
