Payment Experience Associate I – Korean Speaking

About the role

As a Payment Experience Associate I you will be the first point of contact for Flywire customers, guiding them through the payment process and providing personalized support in both English and Korean.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of Flywire’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate, efficient, and personalized solutions.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, WeChat, WhatsApp, and other channels with speed, professionalism, and empathy.
• Conduct proactive payer outreach to support booking completion or issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex payment problems and escalate when necessary.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Korean, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• At least 2 years of customer support experience; background in banking or payments is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced, global environment and collaborate across teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Zendesk, Google Workspace, and Looker.
• Basic data entry and reporting skills.
