Penetration Tester / Red Teamer (Senior)

About the role

We are seeking highly experienced Penetration Testers and Red Teamers to lead and execute complex offensive security engagements for our clients across Singapore. The role involves delivering high‑impact insights, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the growth of our internal capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver advanced penetration testing, red‑team, and adversary‑emulation engagements.
• Manage multiple projects, balancing team workload and client expectations.
• Produce, quality‑assure, and present test plans, methodologies, and detailed reports to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Conduct client workshops, threat briefings, and support pre‑sales activities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of attacker TTPs, threat modelling, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Mentor junior testers, contribute to internal training programs, and support marketing initiatives such as blogs and talks.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of hands‑on experience in penetration testing or red‑team operations.
• Proven track record in high‑pressure, client‑facing environments.
• Strong understanding of the cyber kill chain, threat‑actor TTPs, and an adversarial mindset.
• Hands‑on experience with Active Directory, Windows and Linux administration in enterprise settings.
• Relevant degree and certifications (e.g., OSCP, OSCE, CREST, SEC660, SEC564) or notable CTF achievements.
