People and Culture Intern (Jan-Jun 2027)

About the role

NCS, an AI tech services company and subsidiary of the Singtel Group, is looking for a People and Culture intern for the period January to June 2027. The internship gives students interested in HR operations, employee experience, workplace policies and people processes hands-on exposure to core HR work, supporting day-to-day operations, employee lifecycle processes and engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Employee lifecycle support: gain exposure to HR processes across the employee lifecycle, assist with contract renewals, offboarding and related documentation, and support administrative tasks linked to employee records.
• HR operations and employee support: respond to policy-related enquiries, clarify HR policies and processes, and help keep People and Culture activities running smoothly.
• Business-as-usual coordination: support timely execution of HR processes, track and follow up with stakeholders, and maintain organised documentation and process records.
• Engagement and process improvement: support Business Unit engagement initiatives and projects, contribute to efficiency improvements, and prepare materials, updates and simple analysis.
• Intern engagement: take part in the interns' engagement committee, help plan and coordinate intern events, and work with fellow interns and stakeholders on intern initiatives.
