People & Talent Off-Cycle HR Internship (Jan‑Jun 27)

About the role

Join PwC’s People & Talent team for an off‑cycle internship running from January to June. You will work on real HR initiatives that support leadership development, talent management, and employee engagement across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of leadership development programs and events, handling invitations, registrations, training materials, and venue or virtual setup.
• Maintain accurate learning administration records, tracking attendance and completion for all leadership initiatives.
• Assist talent management processes by updating trackers, timelines, and documentation for assigned programs.
• Administer internal partner admissions and director/promotions, including scheduling, data compilation, and report preparation for stakeholders.
• Analyse talent data to ensure accuracy and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate communications and logistics for talent initiatives, such as invitations, nominations, submissions, and scheduling.
• Help plan and execute employee engagement activities, recruitment events, and internal campaigns.
• Contribute to the creation of engaging content for employer branding campaigns both internally and externally.
