PeopleSoft Administrator (Contract)

About the role

WSH EXPERTS is seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Administrator on a contract basis to support and enhance its PeopleSoft Campus Solutions environment across Singapore. The role involves hands‑on development, troubleshooting, and documentation to ensure system stability and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse, design, develop, test and maintain the PeopleSoft CS system.
• Provide help‑desk ticket assistance, troubleshooting and bug‑fixes.
• Implement enhancements for existing systems and develop new projects.
• Address vulnerability issues and apply fixes to maintain security.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of program changes and testing procedures.
• Support campus business events and produce monthly progress reports.
• Collaborate with other developers on‑site at the client location.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing or maintaining PeopleSoft systems.
• Good functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (advantage).
• Experience with PeopleTools upgrades (advantage).

Required skills

• PeopleSoft tools: Structured Query Reporter (SQR), PeopleSoft Query, Peoplecode, Application Engine, Application Package, BI Publisher, Component Interface, Integration Broker, Workflow, Fluid Interface.
• SQL and Oracle database knowledge.
• Web technologies: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
