Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display), LinkedIn and TikTok. The role owns the full funnel, from audience strategy to conversion tracking, and works closely with design and content teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Own the full funnel: audience strategy, creative testing, landing page recommendations, retargeting and conversion tracking.
• Set up and audit tracking with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, LinkedIn Insight Tag and TikTok Pixel.
• Manage budgets and bids across multiple client accounts with clear ROAS, CPA and CPL targets.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences and placements, then scale successful elements.
• Brief design and content teams on ad creatives based on performance data.
• Build weekly and monthly client reports that explain results, insights and next steps.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, algorithm changes and new ad formats.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of hands‑on performance marketing experience.
• Proven results on Meta Ads and Google Ads, with experience on LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Experience with lead generation and e‑commerce or conversion campaigns.
• Strong understanding of attribution, tracking setup and funnel analytics.
