Personal Assistant (PA) – School Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, proactive Personal Assistant to serve as the School Operations Manager for our campus in Singapore. The role ensures smooth non‑instructional operations, allowing teachers to focus on teaching and students on learning.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily campus logistics including arrival/dismissal, student transportation, meal services and facility scheduling.
• Manage front‑desk staff, administrative support systems and inventory tracking.
• Coordinate events, field trips, testing days and parent‑teacher conferences.
• Serve as liaison with facilities, custodial and maintenance teams; develop and audit health, safety and emergency protocols.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes and education standards.
• Track operational budget, expense reporting and petty cash; negotiate and manage vendor contracts for janitorial, catering, security, IT and transportation services.
• Supervise, train and evaluate non‑instructional staff such as administrative assistants, operations associates and cafeteria managers.
• Collaborate with the Principal/Head of School to align operational strategy with institutional goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Educational Leadership, Operations Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5+ years of experience in operational, facilities or campus management.
• Strong organizational, leadership and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with campus management and inventory tracking software.
• Budgeting and financial reporting competence.
• Vendor relationship management.
