About the role
The Family Office is seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant to support the CEO. You will act as the first point of contact, manage confidential matters, and ensure seamless coordination of the CEO’s professional and personal agenda.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for callers, handling emails and phone calls, forwarding messages and highlighting urgent items for the CEO.
- Manage all private and confidential matters on behalf of the CEO.
- Plan and coordinate international and domestic travel, including flights, hotels, transport, visas and detailed itineraries.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, schedule meetings and maintain the CEO’s calendar.
- Perform any other ad‑hoc administrative tasks assigned by the CEO.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Management or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting senior management or C‑suite executives within financial services.
- Demonstrated agility to manage changes and issues in a highly dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to travel overseas for up to a month on short notice and to be based abroad for extended periods.
- Singapore citizenship.
