Personal Assistant to CEO (Restaurant)

About the role

We are seeking a resourceful Personal Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer of a vibrant F&B restaurant and lifestyle concept. The role blends executive assistance, operational logistics, HR coordination, and finance support in a fast‑paced, guest‑centric environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, arrange meetings, travel, and handle confidential documents.
• Coordinate daily restaurant operations, supplier and vendor logistics, and assist with licensing and permit applications (food shop, liquor, SFA, URA, fire safety).
• Support HR functions including onboarding, staff documentation, scheduling, leave tracking, and recruitment communications.
• Assist finance tasks such as invoice processing, payroll coordination, expense tracking, reconciliations, and month‑end administrative duties.
• Liaise with government agencies and external parties on regulatory compliance and support event coordination when needed.

Required profile

• GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma or equivalent; certifications in administration or business management are a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is advantageous.
• 3–5 years of experience in administrative, operations, HR, finance, or executive support roles, preferably within F&B or hospitality.
• Familiarity with Singapore food‑service licensing (SFA, URA, SPF liquor licence) is a strong advantage.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure.
