Personal Care Officer

About the role

The Personal Care Officer will plan, coordinate and supervise the well‑being of residents across our island‑wide facilities in Singapore. You will ensure a safe, clean and comfortable environment while supporting residents in their daily activities and overall quality of life.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise resident care and well‑being.
• Organise and implement programmes and activities to enhance quality of life.
• Conduct regular resident interviews and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor equipment, facilities and environment upkeep.
• Ensure a clean, safe and comfortable environment for residents.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to address resident needs.
• Monitor residents’ general well‑being and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and daily activities.
• Support implementation of operational policies, procedures and service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma or GCE ‘A’ Level qualification.
• Relevant experience in social services, residential care, nursing homes or supporting vulnerable individuals is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with residents.
• Patient, compassionate and comfortable working with individuals with different care needs.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good documentation and record‑keeping skills.
• Ability to support residents with daily care needs and activities.
