About the role

Fuku is hiring a Pet Shop Assistant based near Marine Terrace MRT in Singapore. The role combines customer service, dog care and basic cashiering in a pet shop.

Key responsibilities

Answer client queries by phone and WhatsApp.
Schedule customer appointments and arrange pet transport.
Care for day-care dogs and provide tender, loving care to canines in the shop.
Greet customers on arrival and make them feel welcome.
Perform cashiering, including closing the cashier counter.
Keep the shop clean and hygienic so staff, customers and pets stay safe.

Required profile

Must be a canine lover.
Friendly and approachable to customers, with good communication skills.
Able to work a 6-day work week.
Experience in retail sales, customer service or a pet shop is an advantage.
