Pharmacist – Operations, Data & Technology

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to lead and support daily pharmacy operations while driving data‑focused improvements and technology adoption across our island‑wide network.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow, manage inventory, plan manpower and resolve operational issues.
• Analyse operational data to identify gaps, trends and efficiency opportunities.
• Create and maintain dashboards, management reports and KPIs for decision‑making.
• Lead quality‑improvement and operational‑excellence initiatives to boost productivity and cost‑effectiveness.
• Assess and digitalise repetitive manual processes, partnering with IT and vendors for system solutions.
• Act as Pharmacy System Superuser, providing user support, training and contingency handling.
• Leverage analytics, automation, AI and emerging technologies to solve operational challenges.
• Contribute to cross‑functional analytics, transformation and process‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Degree in Pharmacy recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Fully registered and actively practising pharmacist.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good understanding of pharmacy workflows and process‑improvement methods.

• Microsoft Excel
• Power BI or Tableau
• Python (preferred)
• SQL (preferred)
