Pharmacist, Pharmacy Assistant & Medical Advisor – Singapore (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for qualified Pharmacists, Pharmacy Assistants, and Medical Advisors to join our healthcare‑focused team in Singapore. The positions are hybrid, offering a blend of on‑site collaboration and remote work, and are open to candidates ranging from entry‑level to senior professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately, review prescriptions and provide counseling to ensure safe medication use.
• Maintain comprehensive pharmaceutical records and support medication adherence initiatives.
• Provide evidence‑based information on drugs, therapies and treatment options to healthcare professionals.
• Assist in evaluating medication safety, efficacy and potential drug interactions.
• Manage inventory, procurement and storage of pharmaceutical products while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and multidisciplinary teams to promote patient safety and quality care.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent) for Pharmacist roles; diploma or relevant certification for Pharmacy Assistant roles.
• Registered or eligible for registration as a pharmacist in Singapore (Pharmacist).
• Experience in hospital, retail, community or clinical pharmacy settings is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of pharmacology, therapeutics and medication management.
