About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Photographer Manager to lead our photography department, overseeing daily operations and delivering high‑quality visual content for commercial, corporate, event, portrait and product projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the company’s photography workflow, ensuring efficient daily operations.
• Plan, organise and execute a variety of photography projects, from corporate shoots to product imaging.
• Meet with clients to capture requirements and propose creative visual solutions.
• Lead photographers, assistants and freelancers, coordinating resources to meet project deadlines.
• Perform professional photography and direct shoots when required.
• Edit and enhance images using industry‑standard software.
• Maintain photography equipment, studio facilities and related assets.
• Develop creative concepts and visual styles for marketing campaigns and client projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and copyright regulations.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in managing photography teams.
• Strong client‑facing communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and deliver multiple projects on time.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high visual standards.
