PHP/Java Developer – Frontend, Backend or Full‑Stack (1‑Year Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled PHP/Java Developer to join our team on a one‑year contract. The role focuses on designing, developing and maintaining payment solutions, with the flexibility to work on frontend, backend or full‑stack tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, architects and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Design, develop and maintain high‑quality software applications using PHP, Java and the Spring framework.
• Write clean, efficient and secure code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing and debugging to ensure code quality.
• Integrate frontend and backend components and ensure seamless application flow.
• Implement scalable and secure backend solutions and support CI/CD pipelines.
• Work closely with QA and DevOps teams to support testing, troubleshoot issues and automate deployments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and share knowledge with peers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a PHP/Java developer, with expertise in either frontend or backend development; full‑stack experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with security concepts and secure coding practices, especially for payment systems.
• Experience with payment system integration is highly desirable.
