Planner – Production & Materials Management

About the role

We are looking for a Planner to manage production and material flows within our manufacturing operations in Singapore. The role involves maintaining accurate data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and coordinating with production, purchasing and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM), routing, costing, and item setup in D365.
• Generate and manage Workshop Orders (WO) across various pools such as EOQ, RPL, ADV, ELA, PJC, RDR, and SRJ.
• Validate, link, reset and correct WOs as needed and resolve system errors.
• Coordinate routing updates for new drawings with supervisors and verify drawing revisions.
• Check stock availability, investigate items not triggered in Master Planning and trace item transaction history.
• Initiate material issue, returns and consumption adjustments for rubber tips and metal parts.
• Collaborate with store, purchasing and production teams to ensure on‑time material readiness.
• Provide ETD updates via the Sales Order Dashboard and follow up on pre‑shipment lists.
• Monitor open purchase order lines, expedite QA on pending blanks and prepare weekly, shipment and monthly reports.
• Participate in regular review meetings with CSR, production and purchasing teams.

Required profile

• Non‑executive level candidate with experience in manufacturing planning or materials management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work cross‑functionally.
