Planning & Performance Management (PPM) Executive

About the role

The Planning & Performance Management (PPM) Executive joins Zurich's Finance team in Singapore, supporting business planning, forecasting and performance analysis across the insurance business. This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and a solid foundation for a broader finance career.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with underwriting heads, cost centre owners and actuaries to drive annual planning, forecasting and performance review cycles.
• Analyse financial trends and business drivers to provide insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of planning and performance management.
• Prepare clear and timely management reports for regular review exercises.
• Act as a business partner, responding to queries on financial information and supporting cross‑functional finance teams.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of finance experience, preferably in the insurance sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities independently and within a team.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with dashboard tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic data‑analytics knowledge.
