Planning Support Coordinator – 9‑Month Contract

About the role

The Planning Support Coordinator provides operational and administrative assistance to the Southeast Asia planning and Singapore order fulfilment teams. This 9‑month contract role focuses on data consolidation, report preparation, and coordination of demand‑supply activities to ensure smooth supply‑chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support demand and supply planning by consolidating data and preparing regular reports.
• Monitor order fulfilment, shipment status, delivery updates and inventory movements.
• Maintain operational trackers, update documentation, and ensure data accuracy.
• Compile routine planning, inventory and operational reports; prepare meeting materials and record minutes.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for planning and order fulfilment activities, including ad‑hoc reporting tasks.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; commitment to the full contract duration preferred.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including large data sets and pivot tables.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with SAP is a plus.
• Ability to compile and analyse data from multiple sources.
