Plasterer – Construction Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Plasterer to join our construction team in Singapore. You will work on both new builds and historic restoration projects, ensuring high‑quality finishes on walls and ceilings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and procure the most suitable materials for new construction and historic buildings.
• Prepare walls and ceilings by cleaning, taping, and repairing holes or cracks.
• Mix mortar to the exact specifications required for each application and adjust as needed.
• Apply undercoat and final plaster coats, achieving a flawless surface with minimal touch‑ups.
• Design and create ornamental plaster textures, replicating original designs when required.
• Erect and reposition scaffolding to reach ceilings and hard‑to‑access areas.
• Protect doors and windows with sheets, and remove light‑switch covers before plastering.
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite at the end of each day, removing tools and debris.

Required profile

• Understanding of material selection for both new and historic structures.
• Ability to prepare surfaces, mix mortar, and apply plaster accurately.
• Experience constructing and adjusting scaffolding safely.
• Commitment to site cleanliness and safety standards.
