Platform Engineer – Workplace & Endpoint Services

About the role

The Platform Engineer will support, maintain and optimise enterprise workplace and endpoint platforms for customers across Singapore. You will work closely with customers, technical teams and the sales organisation to deliver reliable and secure workplace environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, support and maintain Microsoft‑based endpoint platforms, including Windows 10/11, Intune/Endpoint Manager and SCCM/MECM.
• Administer Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), on‑premise Active Directory and related identity services.
• Configure, deploy, patch and upgrade software, enforce security policies and perform health‑check monitoring.
• Support device lifecycle activities – provisioning, configuration, replacement and retirement.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot endpoint, application, connectivity, VPN and wireless issues.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, security and application teams to resolve complex incidents.
• Maintain technical documentation, configuration records and knowledge articles.
• Identify opportunities for performance, security and automation improvements.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft endpoint management solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, OS and application layers.
• Ability to work with customers, technical teams and sales personnel.
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
