Policy Services QA Specialist (1 Year Contract)

About the role

Prudential is hiring a Policy Services QA Specialist on a 1-year contract. The role requires strong life insurance domain knowledge and hands-on experience with the Life Asia (LA) system. It reviews user requirements, user stories, test plans and test results, and tests insurance policy administration processes in the Life Asia system to ensure accuracy, quality and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Review user requirements and user stories for completeness, clarity and testability
• Review UAT test plans, test scenarios and test cases for adequate coverage of business requirements
• Validate UAT test results, test evidence and defect resolutions to support testing sign-off
• Perform functional testing of the Life Asia insurance system
• Validate end-to-end policy lifecycle (policy issuance, servicing, claims, maturity, etc.)
• Execute test cases, validate results and ensure business and system requirements are met
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers and compliance teams
• Prepare test documentation and reports

Required profile

• Experience in life insurance domain testing
• Hands-on experience with the Life Asia system
• Diploma or degree holder
• Ability to analyse business requirements and identify gaps, risks and potential impacts on system functionality

Required skills

• Manual testing, test execution, defect management and testing best practices
• Familiarity with testing and project management tools such as JIRA and HP ALM
