About the role

You will have the opportunity to support the administration of funds and investment vehicles while developing systems and innovative solutions to streamline internal processes. You will work alongside top fund managers and dealmakers, helping them realize their ambitions of supporting tomorrow’s companies.

Key responsibilities

• Support the administration of funds and investment vehicles.
• Develop and implement systems and innovative solutions to improve internal processes.
• Manage specific projects and initiatives, ensuring timely deliverables and regulatory compliance for customers.
• Collaborate with fund administration, compliance, sales, and product teams on product‑related issues.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, enthusiastic with a strong interest in problem solving.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field.
• 3–4 years of hands‑on experience in FATCA/CRS tax documentation validation, preparation and filing of annual reports.
• Familiarity with FATCA and CRS filing obligations across Singapore, Malaysia, Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, Abu Dhabi and Australia.
• Experience guiding clients through GIIN applications and registrations on local tax authority portals.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of evolving FATCA/CRS regulations, including CRS 2.0.
• Interest in leveraging AI and automation to optimise workflows and scale processes.

Required skills
