Pre-sales Specialist (HR Software Solutions)

About the role

The Pre‑sales Specialist will act as the technical bridge between prospective clients and our HR software portfolio. You will understand customers' HR processes, showcase the right solutions, and support the sales team throughout the deal cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct needs‑analysis meetings, calls and presentations to capture client pain points and business objectives.
• Match customer requirements to the appropriate HR software modules and configurations.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition, ROI and competitive advantages.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create customized proposals, statements of work and sales collateral.
• Identify gaps between standard functionality and client needs, propose practical workarounds, and document limitations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during implementation, gathering detailed requirements and managing communication.
• Develop project plans, track milestones, produce status reports and user documentation.
