Presales Consultant (Infrastructure, Network & Cybersecurity)

About the role

We are seeking a Presales Consultant to lead technical engagements for enterprise‑scale infrastructure, networking and cybersecurity solutions. You will work closely with customers, partners and internal engineering teams to design and deliver integrated technology offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers to capture business, operational and technical requirements.
• Conduct workshops, solution discovery sessions and technical consultations.
• Design end‑to‑end infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity and integrated technology solutions.
• Develop technical proposals, solution architectures, Bills of Materials and tender submissions.
• Present solution designs, demonstrations and proof‑of‑concept outcomes to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technology partners and internal engineering teams to validate designs.
• Support project transition activities, governance reviews, implementation planning and technical handovers.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Cybersecurity or related field.
• Experience in presales, solution architecture or infrastructure consulting.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, networking and cybersecurity technologies.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CCNP, Azure Solutions Architect are highly regarded.

Required skills

• Servers, virtualization, cloud platforms, storage, backup and disaster recovery.
• Enterprise networking: routing, switching, wireless, SD‑WAN, network security.
• Cybersecurity: firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, IAM, PAM, endpoint security, encryption.
• Integrated security technologies: VMS, ACS, CCTV, PSIM, AI analytics, command‑centre solutions.
