Presales Engineer / Project Manager (with AI Engineering Skills)

About the role

We are seeking a hybrid Presales Engineer / Project Manager who can bridge technical solutioning with customer‑facing delivery. You will translate business problems into compelling AI‑driven solutions, run high‑quality product proposals and demos, and own the end‑to‑end implementation of customer projects from kickoff to go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to understand requirements and craft tailored technical solutions, proposals and demos.
• Lead product demonstrations, proof‑of‑concepts (POCs) and technical deep‑dives for prospects and existing clients.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with accurate technical and functional documentation.
• Design and prototype AI‑driven workflows and prompt chains that address specific use cases.
• Own the technical relationship during the sales cycle, addressing objections and building confidence.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of customer implementation projects, developing plans, timelines and resource schedules.
• Track scope, budget and milestones, proactively flagging and resolving risks.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers during implementation, coordinating cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in presales, solutions engineering, project management or a similar customer‑facing technical role.
• Hands‑on experience writing and iterating prompts for large language models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) in production environments.
• Proven ability to design AI‑driven workflows and evaluate model outputs for accuracy, consistency and safety.
