Preschool Cook (Full-Time)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Cook to join our preschool kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing nutritious meals and snacks for young children in a safe and hygienic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast, lunch and tea‑break items for children each day.
• Handle ingredients and cook meals in line with Health Promotion Board guidelines.
• Ensure proper storage of all food items and ingredients.
• Assist with washing kitchen utensils and maintaining a clean work area.
• Follow food, hygiene and safety standards as set by ECDA.
• Clean and sanitise workstations and equipment according to SOP requirements.

Required profile

• Possess a valid Food & Hygiene Certificate.
• Previous experience in a school canteen or hawker centre is preferred.
• Ability to work 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
