Preschool Principal (DECCE‑L Certified) – Singapore

About the role

We are seeking a DECCE‑L certified Preschool Principal to lead our early childhood centre(s) in Singapore. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with ECDA regulations and drive high‑quality educational programmes for young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of early childhood teachers to deliver quality education and holistic child development.
• Set strategic direction, manage overall preschool operations and maintain licensing compliance.
• Build strong relationships with parents, addressing concerns and feedback promptly.
• Handle all ECDA‑related matters, including licence renewal and regulatory reporting.
• Develop and review educational standards, policies, procedures and programmes.
• Mentor teachers, promote collaborative learning approaches and improve performance standards.
• Oversee centre administration, enrolment processes and resource optimisation.
• Prepare and control budgets, ensuring efficient expenditure.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Leadership or equivalent ECDA‑recognised certificate.
• DECCE‑L certification.
• At least 1–2 years experience as a Preschool Principal.
