Preschool Principal

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Preschool Principal to lead our island‑wide early childhood centre in Singapore. You will be responsible for the overall management of daily operations while upholding the highest standards of education, safety, and care.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the comprehensive management of the centre’s day‑to‑day functions.
• Provide professional early childhood expertise and leadership to ensure consistent quality standards.
• Foster teachers in creating a positive and inviting learning environment.
• Ensure all staff uphold strict health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Prioritise children’s well‑being by enforcing consistent safety and hygiene measures.
• Demonstrate flexibility working both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Maintain open, constructive communication with parents and staff.
• Review and improve the centre’s policies, philosophy, and procedures.

Required profile

• Degree and/or Diploma in Early Childhood (Leadership) or Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (ADECL).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in a preschool setting.
• Experience leading and managing a team through the SPARK Accreditation process.
