Preschool Principal – Up to SGD 6.5K

About the role

The Supreme HR Advisory is seeking a dynamic Preschool Principal to lead one of its early childhood centres in Singapore. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality education and holistic development for young learners while ensuring compliance with ECDA regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of teachers to provide quality early childhood education and care.
• Set strategic direction, educational standards and policies for the centre.
• Maintain strong relationships with parents and address their concerns promptly.
• Manage all ECDA licensing matters, health and safety compliance, and regulatory reporting.
• Oversee daily operations, budgeting, resource optimisation and centre administration.
• Mentor teachers, drive collaborative learning approaches and improve performance standards.
• Implement centre programmes, events and initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Leadership or equivalent ECDA‑recognised certification.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Preschool Principal or similar leadership role.
