Preschool Teacher (EY2 Certified) – Up to SGD 3K

Key responsibilities

• Create a secure and quality learning environment for children through nurturing trusting and respectful relationships.
• Enrich children’s learning by co‑designing and implementing a developmentally and culturally appropriate curriculum, integrating innovative teaching practices.
• Strengthen partnerships with families and the community, co‑designing collaborative efforts with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Guide junior educators to enhance their professional practice.
• Provide suggestions to improve professional development and contribute to a collaborative preschool culture.
• Respond to the needs of infants and toddlers, creating a secure environment through respectful, responsive relationships.
• Implement developmentally appropriate curricula and programmes for infants and toddlers.
• Build trusting relationships with stakeholders by actively engaging families and the community.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and reflective practice, fostering a culture of collaboration.

Required profile

• Certificate in Infant/Toddler Care & Development (CIT) or Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) or Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY).
• Candidates currently undertaking HCIC or ACEY are welcome to apply.
• Preferable experience teaching infants and toddlers.
