Pricing Manager – Professional Services

About the role

The Pricing Manager will join the global pricing function of a leading professional services firm and work closely with senior stakeholders to design innovative, data‑driven pricing solutions. This strategic role has high visibility across the organisation and supports the transition to AI‑enabled commercial models.

Key responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategies for complex, high‑value and multi‑jurisdictional engagements.
• Build robust financial models, profitability analyses and commercial scenarios to inform pricing decisions and negotiations.
• Advise stakeholders on alternative fee arrangements, value‑based pricing models and commercial structures.
• Support strategic client tenders, panel reviews and competitive bidding processes.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, project management and technology teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of pricing governance, tools, frameworks and best practices.
• Deliver pricing insights through data analysis, reporting and market intelligence.
• Champion the adoption of new technologies and AI‑enabled delivery models from a commercial perspective.
• Develop training programmes to enhance pricing capabilities across the organisation.

Required profile

• Experience in pricing, commercial finance, FP&A, revenue management or professional services environments.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical and commercial evaluation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities, with confidence to engage senior leadership.
• Solid commercial acumen and understanding of project‑based or professional services businesses.
• Proactive, collaborative and solutions‑oriented approach to problem‑solving.
• Professional accounting qualifications or pricing experience in professional services is a plus.
