Primary Mandarin Teacher

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Mandarin teacher to deliver language instruction to kindergarten and primary‑school children. The successful candidate will design engaging lessons aligned with French curriculum standards and support students’ social and professional integration.

Key responsibilities

• Teach Mandarin to kindergarten and primary students using French program guidelines.
• Design and implement learning situations, assessments and feedback mechanisms.
• Monitor individual progress, collaborate with families and contribute to each child’s educational project.
• Participate in school‑wide projects, events and teamwork initiatives.
• Adapt teaching methods to diverse learners and integrate digital tools to enhance learning.

Required profile

• Recognised teaching qualification (Master’s, PGCE, PGDE, CRPE).
• Experience teaching at kindergarten or elementary level, preferably in international or abroad settings.
• Familiarity with the French curriculum is a plus.
• Strong organisational, communication and teamwork abilities.
• Availability, responsiveness and a benevolent attitude toward students.

Required skills

• Proficiency in digital teaching tools.
• Good written and spoken English; French (B2+) appreciated for bilingual support.
